Tom Holland may be known for playing one of the most iconic superheroes in Spiderman, but away from the superhero, the actor has no shortage of embarrassing moments.
Tom Holland Embarrassingly Farted On Zendaya During His Spiderman Stunt-‘Sorry About That, That’s My Bad’
Tom, for his part, admitted that during the course of filming on the Spiderman movies he had to perform some major stunts. While it is clear that stunts can go wrong, he ended up doing something that he would rather forget.
Unlike a serious injury, he ended up doing something that has embarrassed him even to this day. During an interview, Tom spoke on how he had inadvertently humiliated his girlfriend Zendaya.
He said: “I farted. Yeah, I farted on [Zendaya], unfortunately.” Nevertheless, Tom did have an explanation for it.
Playing a superhero can take its toll, but rather than the pressure overwhelming him, he admitted that the suit was hard to navigate around.
And sadly, that ended up contributing to the gas he was suffering from. He added: “It’s tough, the suit’s tight. The harness squeezes it out.[The suit] squeezes your intestines.”
This begs the question, how did Zendaya feel about this? Well, it turns out that she was aware of what had happened given that the noise was so pronounced. However, fortunately for everyone involved, she did not take things to heart.
She recognised that these things are part and parcel of working on a movie set. Zendaya stated: “It was very obvious. I felt the rattle.”
Having said that, though, Tom did make sure that he made amends for his mishap. Although he could not take back what had happened, he did hold his hands up immediately at the moment it happened.
That had the impact of dampening the obvious embarrassment. He remarked: “No, I ‘fessed up. I immediately was like, ‘Ugh, sorry about that.’ That’s my bad.”
If this is the only concern that Tom has had when it comes to performing stunts, then he will take it. After all, there are no shortage of stories where people have ended up being injured on movie sets.
