According to Page Six, photos caught up with the 82-year-old after he had a two-hour lunch with a friend at an upscale restaurant in Beverly Hills. When asked if Erika knew anything about his dramatic legal and financial woes, Tom stated, “I think she does.”
Tom Giradi Seemingly Throws Estranged Wife Erika Jayne Under The Bus
As many fans and critics know by now, Erika Jayne pulled the plug on her marriage to Tom Girardi in November of 2020. The former couple is being accused of using their divorce to embezzle money and hide assets from the victims of Lion Air Flight 610 in a lawsuit that was filed the following month.
Just recently, Erika was slammed for “inexcusable behavior” by her “RHOBH” co-star Sutton Stracke. She said that she’s not buying into Erika’s claims that she didn’t know anything about her estranged husband Tom Girardi’s legal problems.
“I don’t think ignorance is an excuse,” Stracke, 49, told Kyle Richards, Garcelle Beauvais, Dorit Kemsley, Kathy Hilton and Crystal Kung Minkoff in a sit-down before Richards’ Christmas party in Wednesday’s episode of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.”
“I just don’t when she’s so smart” she added. “You’ve gotta choose: Are you gonna be smart or are you gonna be blissful?”
