Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen‘s search for divorce attorneys has gone much further than initially thought. It has been ongoing for weeks, and as things stand right now, the marriage cannot be saved. According to sources on both sides with whom we have spoken, the divorcing couple independently contacted several well-known divorce attorneys, and negotiations began several weeks ago.
According to sources, Florida will be the location of any divorce proceedings, which at this point seems to be a foregone conclusion. The attorneys have already been hired, claims Page Six. The former supermodel has been conspicuously absent from each of the four Buccaneers games this season, and Tom and Gisele are rumored to be living in separate homes, though neither has publicly addressed their reported problems.

Brady, 45, and Bündchen, 42, wed in February 2009; they have two children together, Benjamin, 12 years old, and Vivian, 9 years old. Jack, age 15, is the third child Tom has with his ex-girlfriend Bridget Moynahan. Tom and Gisele reportedly have a strong prenuptial agreement.
This feels like it has already been known for a while, but is finally out in the light. Gisele has not attended any of Tom’s games this year and was seen working out solo in Florida. Unfortunately, we hate for a family to be broke up, but it may be for the best.
This will undoubtedly be a huge story in the coming weeks as they have been together for what seems like ever and share a wonderful family together. Best of luck to them and we hope that it will end up okay for both parties.
