Apparently, Lydia Plath has started her own Cameo, a site for celebrities and influencers alike where people can request shootouts from them for a certain amount of money. A lot of people from different TLC franchises do it, however a lot of them are from the 90 day fiancé camp so they’re a bit more seasoned with online trolls and the like.
Lydia however, grew up very sheltered and the general consensus among the fandom on social media is: This is going to end badly. It’s not that we don’t believe that Lydia has common sense, but she was “limited” in her internet time up until very recently so she is not as seasoned at recognizing and fending off the more unscrupulous among us.
Lydia Plath does Cameo now?!
Case in point, she posted a selfie on her cameo page of her wearing her bank uniform with the bank’s name on it. Innocent enough, right? But that would be questionable this day and age with any young girl and most would at least cover up the name of the bank either using their hand, clever cropping skills, or a sticker from an app, but not Lydia.
That’s not good because some people who may or may not like Lydia could try and come in just to see her and if that was deemed enough of a nuisance she might have to get a new job. Granted, that may be the reason why she is starting the cameo.
Maybe someone already has tried to contact her while she is at work due to the popularity of the show and she’s realized that maybe she would be better off trying to capitalize on her fame and do it online rather than doing 9-5 at a bank all day.
If enough people did try and contact her at her job there is a chance that the bank let her go and maybe that is why she started up the cameo. Then again, the Plath kids are hustlers. If there’s one thing that Kim and Barry Plath taught their kids it’s how to work, so maybe she truly is just doing cameo for a side gig. We wish her the best. Stay tuned!!!
