Remember when Kody was giving his presentation on the whiteboard about how the family should move and he presented the wives with different areas of land. They all came to the decision to move to Coyote Pass.That land has still not been touched since they bought it. The family has visited the land many times and no one has even started to build or move the soil. So what is really going on with Coyote Pass?
TLC Sister Wives Spoilers: Is Coyote Pass Not Happening?
The Browns have been out to the lady for parties and hanging out, but absolutely nothing has been done to the land. Why? Kody dropped some hints on the last episode of Sister Wives. When Kody came back from his lawyer, he had a great plan for the land. This plan involves money and building rental properties since there is a shortage in their area. As soon as he started telling his wives this, he was not met with smiles.
The land has gone up in value, but if you remember, Kody promised the wives that they would all live in a house on the land. After he went off on this rental property tangent, he could be making $300,000 profit off the land! The wives want their homes to be on this land and they were thinking that it would be much like the cul-de-sac they all lived in when they were in Vegas.
We already know that Kody and his wife, Kody Brown purchased a large home so that she and her children could live there. Why does she get to buy a home when all of the wives are renting? There is a lot that doesn’t make sense in the brain of Kody Brown and maybe you can figure it out.
