Meri and Kody knew that once they began their marriage, they would slowly add new wives to their relationship. Fans look at this as a sign that they have always been insensitive, even from the very start! It took Kody’s mother to ask him not to marry Janelle until Meri’s birthday had passed.

Another moment that fans see as pretty insensitive was when Robyn Brown was doing some heavy petting before she and Kody even made it official. Fans believed that Robyn and Kody were incredibly insensitive to Christine during a rough time in her life.
The family has continually been giving Meri the cold shoulder. In 2015, she dealt with a catfishing scandal that shook her world. When it all came out, Kody was furious and the sister wives weren’t sure where their relationship was going with Meri. She has apologized time and time again for it, but the Browns continually throw it in her face and give her the cold shoulder. It’s almost as if they don’t want her around.
