TLC ‘Counting On’ spoilers finds that in 2015, the Duggar family suffered a brutal announcement. Their son Josh Duggar had committed multiple sexual molestation crimes with young girls, when he was a teenager. This is the reason TLC pulled the Duggar’s first show, 19 Kids and Counting. We know it has been five years since the trial began, but now there could be a verdict and it doesn’t look good for the Duggars. We have more information on what is going on with the case and what the results were.

TLC ‘Counting On’ Spoilers: Josh Duggar and the State of Arkansas

Josh Duggar filed a lawsuit against the city and county officials that challenged the release of his police records that went along with the molestation of his sisters. This case was made in 2018 and just now is Duggar hearing back about it. The courts did say that even though his sisters were minors at the time, he was not and this is why the records are made public to anyone. Had he been a juvenile at that time, the records would stay sealed.

Duggar was never charged for the molestation and fondling of five different girls in 2002 and 2003. He has told his fans that he knew it was wrong and he has apologized over and over. Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar, along with two of his sisters, confirmed that he did molest them when they were young.

This case caused Josh’s world to be rocked and turned upside down. Not only did the show get cancelled, he had to resign from his job. Part of his lawsuit with the state of Arkansas also claims that the case caused him some emotional distress, loss in income, and mental anguish. He doesn’t want these records to get out because he will be made to register as a sex offender and this will cause even more problems in his life.

The Circuit judge, Doug Martin, didn’t even have a trial. He said that Duggar didn’t have anything to support his own claims. Martin said that he could file again for a civil rights claim instead. The judge also stated that he shouldn’t expect privacy because his family is on a huge television show “from which a certain level of celebrity locally, nationally, and internationally was attributable to each and every member of the immediate family.”

Josh Duggar has told his fans that he will continue to fight for his name to be cleared, but the judge has a point. No one can be quiet and hide when your family has already asked for so much attention all over the world.
