TLC Counting On spoilers finds that while star Michelle Duggar was perhaps hoping that her daughters would follow in her footsteps with large families of their own, it doesn’t look like that is going to happen anytime soon. In fact, many fans can’t help but notice that the older Duggar daughters – like Jill Duggar – have apparently rejected the Duggar lifestyle that they are accustomed to by implanting different family rules of their own. Here’s what you need to know.
While many fans have been speculating about a possible Jill Duggar pregnancy announcement this year, it appears as though that won’t happen. In fact, both Jill Duggar and her husband Derick Dillard have made it pretty clear that they feel contempt with having just two kids in their lives right now – their sons Israel and Samuel. What’s more, Jill has made no indication that she wants to get pregnant anytime soon or in the next few years for that matter.

According to Us Weekly, Derick Dillard even confirmed in a podcast that there are no definite plans for him and Jill when it comes to their family’s future. This comes as a huge surprise for many Duggar family fans and observers as they figured that at least one Duggar daughter would follow their mother Michelle Duggar’s route by having multiple children. So far the only person who has managed to do so is Josh Duggar’s wife Anna Duggar, even though the couple still have a long way to go before they reach the magical number of 19 kids.
But then again, anything can always happen, especially when it comes to Jill and Derick and their future. But for now, those hoping to see Jill Duggar’s baby bump will have to wait a little bit longer.
