Robert wanted Anny to be a mother figure to Bryson. We have never seen Bryson’s mother on the TV show, and fans have wondered where she is. Robert has talked about Bryson’s mother’s absence in his life in an Instagram Q&A. On the premiere of the show, Robert revealed that Bryson’s mum left without an explanation when he was only a baby.

When a fan asked about his son’s mother’s whereabouts, he said: “I have no idea but wherever she is I hope she’s doing well.”
Recently on the show, Robert and Anny argued about her step-parenting abilities. When Anny first arrived on the show, she seemed to love the fact that she would be Bryson’s step-parent. She was happy to be part of the boy’s life. The couple argued over Robert’s choice to continue living a one-bedroom apartment, where the lovers share a single bed with the child.

On Anny’s birthday, Robert questioned Anny’s step-parenting capabilities. He wanted a quiet night with her at an Orlando bar, but Anny wanted to go to a strip club where she could have fun. Watching her have fun, Robert thought she has too much fun, and the following morning on the show, Anny revealed to him that she had been to a woman before. She also told him she didn’t mind a threesome for his own birthday.
“That’s not a nice surprise at all!” Robert said, apparently disgusted at the suggestion. He went on to say that all he wanted was a “good woman” who wants “just her husband.” “I don’t want that in my household,” he declared. “I don’t want that around my kid.” Anny said he was “boring” and referred to herself as an “adventurous girl” who had “fantasies” she loved to explore.
