In fact, she was on tv with her daughter twice. She appeared of the Maury Povich show with Scottie Deem, the one who was just released from prison after child molestation charges were filed against her.
TLC ’90 Day Fiancé’ Spoilers: Scottie’s Criminal Past
Angela’s daughter, Scottie has quite the past when it comes to the allegations against her. Scottie was arrested for multiple counts of child molestation and statutory rape. In 2017, she was arrested and it came out that not only did she perform these heinous crimes, she did so with her children in the same house! The child’s grandmother said, “Scottie Deem, a good friend of the family, had Juvenile [name redacted] at her home while her boyfriend was out of town. While the Juvenile[redacted]was there with her and her children, Ms. Deem had sexual intercourse with Juvenile [redacted]. This incident happened two to three times at Ms. Deem’s house.”

Scottie was to serve three 20-year sentences all at the same time. She was released much earlier than expected and only spent 2.5 years in prison. This was a huge surprise to many people! She was released on probation and she was added to the Georgia sex offender registry. So why were these two on Maury’s show?
On the first Maury show that Scottie and Angela appeared on, the show was about proving Scottie’s baby was not her boyfriend’s child. Angela told Maury, “I’m here to prove today that my daughter’s boyfriend Terry is not the father of my grandbaby Anna Scott. I know Scottie had a one night stand with Chris two weeks before she got with Terry!” After the DNA test results came back, everyone in the world knew that Scottie’s baby was Terry’s.
The second time that they were on Maury, the show had a similar theme. Scottie was there, once again, to check to see if her second child was Terry’s as well. Angela stirs the pot in her relationship with her fiance and we have seen her being a very forceful cast member on 90 Day Fiancé.
