TLC ’90 Day Fiancé’ spoilers finds that Tania Maduro,(You may know her as part of Tania and Syngin Colchester) recently posted on her Instagram about how to cleanse oneself in the new year. The picture was of her at a beach in a pretty white swim dress, waves crashing in the background, hair wet from just taking a dip, it looked like. Obviously, the shot was backlit by something because it was taken at night but it was so well done, so whomever the photographer was congrats. You have achieved a lighting trick that most of us can’t even achieve under the best lighting circumstances. (It makes me wonder if someone from TLC didn’t do this shot themselves, but I digress.)
The caption to this photo read like something out of horoscope reading. “We’re not only entering a New (calendar) Year but a New (cultural) Decade! It’s a time for transformation. We’re bringing ALL of ourselves into this new time, with a newfound appreciation and love.” so… does this mean that we didn’t bring all of ourselves into the former decade? Are we going to have to reach back to the beginning of the millennia? I don’t know about you but I don’t have the same couch as I had back then so if part of me was hiding behind it then chances are it could’ve gotten thrown out… whoops!

“There’s so much energy in the air with new moon and eclipses. Take this time to go deep, shed what no longer serves you, and bring out the parts of yourself you’ve hidden and cast away because of shame/guilt/societal pressures.” Again, don’t you feel like if you put any sort of astrological sign right here, it’d make more sense? Also, the guilt/shame/societal pressures part makes me wonder if she’s talking about Syngin and his recent arrest.
While she is certainly not responsible for anything that he may have done to get arrested, it still can’t feel great knowing that you are associated with someone who broke the law. Yikes. “Clean space in your room, put on some vibrational music, light a candle, and write. Write without thinking and let it all flow, anything and everything you want to get out of you before this decade ends,” This read like something straight out of a self-help book, but you know, it’s not a bad idea. Not at all. Journaling can prove to be very cathartic and sometimes it helps you process thoughts, so she’s not entirely off-base with this advice.
The rest of the post continued in the same vein, encouraging introspection and self-reflection in a positive, constructive way. She also encouraged her followers to write down all their hopes and dreams and not just the far off ones but also the little things, like just your every day wants and needs, and to claim them in 2020. While yes, the whole post did read like something out of a cheesy horoscope column, it wasn’t inherently bad advice.
