One of the newest weight loss fads is waist training. The idea of this is to wear a very tight corset around the waist for a long period of time. This helps the user to get a more round figure. A lot of people use this to help them lose weight and some even use it to strengthen their core and abs. On her Instagram account, Larissa posted a picture of the corset and how her progress was going. She asked her fans to try it too and that is when things got a little ugly in the comments section.

Larissa made sure to defend her choice to use the corset and said that it is safe to use. She has done a lot of research on it and thinks it’s totally fine.
