TLC ’90 Day Fiancé’ spoilers finds that if you have watched the show from the very start, you may think that some of the scenes are staged by the producers. Fans have been curious about this for many years and now, some of the former cast members are ready to talk about the show. Here are some secrets about 90 Day Fiancé that may change your opinion on the show.

TLC ’90 Day Fiancé’ Spoilers: The Stars Speak Out

From the first season of 90 Day Fiancé, Chris Thieneman and his wife, Nikki Cooper wanted to share with fans what they went through on the show. They have a YouTube channel and in May of 2018, they decided to ask some questions from fans of the show. One fan asked if it was scripted.

Chris replied, “Our ‘Reality’ TV Experience… Well, absolutely party of it is. No question. Some of it is real and then teased with and added to, subtracted from.” Then Nikki said, “I wouldn’t say that there’s a written script that’s like, ‘Hey, read this line, read this line. But there are times where there are different people or producers that come up to you and say, ‘Oh, I think it would be cool if you do this,’ or ‘I think you should say this.'”

TLC ’90 Day Fiancé’ Spoilers: Secrets of the scenes

Things got intense when David Toborowsky and Annie Suwan were down on their luck and needed a place to stay. Chris and Nikki said that they could stay with them until they got back on their feet. In the scenes we saw, Chris told them that Annie would have to give him a massage everyday in order to stay there. Nikki was pregnant then, so it was not cool.

Chris said, “There isn’t any other excuse than stupidity. The first scene, the original scene, I never asked for a massage. Not until Adrienne, the direction, encouraged me to say it in front of the whole cast and crew. I will own up to my mistake. But as I have said before, we have nothing but respect for Annie.”

Other cast members have mentioned the editing as well. Ashley Martson said, “We know that they do editing and things, and we sign off of that so it is what it is.”

Her husband, Jay Smith said, “The Tinder incident that happened, that was staged because without drama you don’t have a show. The Tinder scandal, it was just an act so it was easy to move past it because you know, we just act on the TV and after…that was it.”

The rationale of all reality shows is that you shouldn’t always believe what you see on television.
