TLC 90 Day Fiancé Spoilers find that unless something changes majorly in the next episode of Before the 90 days, then I think it may be time for Big Ed Brown to give up the dream of being with Rosemarie. It saddens me because in the beginning I was really rooting for this couple. In spite of their obvious physical differences they seemed to actually love each other and Ed gave me hope by being such a gentleman on their first night together. However, all hope was shattered by the way he asked her to do the STD test.
As we all know, Rose had an extremely adverse reaction to being asked to do the test but I don’t think it was the fact that he asked her it was the fact that he asked her to do it first and then told her that he would not do it himself because he didn’t trust the system down in the Philippines, yet it was good enough for Rose. If it he felt that way about their medical system then he should have foregone thinking that anything would happen on his first trip down there and then waited until she was in the states to have the test done because immigrants do have to submit to and STD test according to immigration law, but Ed was impatient.

Now he has sent Rose a message in ‘Tagolic’ (which by the way, is actually Tagalog I don’t know where the word Tagolic even came from.), as a sign of ‘respect’ and is waiting for her in a cafe by himself in the Philippines. She won’t answer her phone and he thinks he has lost her. Well ai got bad news for hik but the way he asked her to do that test probably means that he did lose her and that he has been effectively ghosted. She could surprise us, she could come walking through that little coffee shop door and hug and cry and grow from their misunderstanding but at this point I think its Ed who needs to do the crying and the growing, Rose just needs a hug. (From someone other than Ed please!)
So how will this end? We don’t know yet but its not looking good. Another thing that Ed did was badger Rose into talking about her sexual past long before she was actually ready and if you want to cultivate a relationship based on trust, picking up on your partner’s cues to not want to talk about something is vital. Ed acts like just because he is from the US and she is from a developing country that he is entitled to know everything about her, like he has taken on a charity case or something and that she is dirty from the get-go. That is a really cynical way of looking at someone whom you’re supposed to be in love with.
Ed was impatient. The only reason he wanted that STD test was for him to start being intimate with Rose ASAP which honestly is kind of gross. He had known het in real life for a day, people, they had onpy been dating 3 months, what happened to a little courtship? If you wanted this relationship to last slightly longer than Britney Spears’ first marriage then congratulations, Ed that is exactly what you got. So if Rose has ghosted Ed, no one can blame her.
