TLC ’90 Day Fiancé’ spoilers finds that Deavan Clegg posted a youtube video on her channel a few days ago detailing how she found out she was going to become a teen Mom at the tender age of just barely 18 years old. As it turns out she had been on her own for what seems like a couple of years at that point due to graduating high school early with online schooling. She graduated at 16, which is quite a feat. Then she says that she had moved in with a boyfriend and that he was terribly abusive, which is just unfortunate. Often times when one is that young one cannot identify the signs of abuse, especially if they are coming from someone that they love. It’s sad.
She did not go into detail of how she got pregnant but she said that it definitely happened at a New Year’s Eve party and just described the night as being filled with “bad things” which, I don’t know about you, physically made me wince. Either way she said that she was at this mutual friend’s house two weeks later when the mutual friend started joking around with then boyfriend Tom about how his girlfriend must be pregnant because she was so “hormonal” all the time. The friend’s girlfriend was kind of freaked out by that comment so she asked Deavan to take a pregnancy test with her because she was terrified. So they go and take the pregnancy test together and then they get to talking as friends, this particular friend was intrinsic in helping Deavan to form a game plan to get away from her abusive ex, mad props to her.

After awhile they forgot about the pregnancy test altogether and just sat and chilled and talked and that’s when nature called and Deavan got up to go to the bathroom and was suddenly reminded of the pregnancy tests. When she saw them she instantly thought that it was her friend that was pregnant because they had suspected all along but when her friend came to the bathroom she said “No, that was your pregnancy test.” at first Deavan did not believe she was pregnant because apparently if you leave out a pregnancy test for more than 20 minutes it will automatically turn positive? I did not know this. Deavan then proceeded to take about 6 more pregnancy tests, one of which was negative and one was inconclusive, but the rest seemed to be all positive – by the way it was her Mom that got her those tests and she ended up getting out of that abusive relationship and moving back home.

Now it seems Deavan is in a much better place, she is in Korean with her children and someone who she seems to be truly happy with, so, I guess all’s well that ends well on that front. I’m glad that Deavan’s life took a turn for the better. Also I just have to commiserate with Deavan about one thing – I can’t do eyeliner either, girl! Every time I do it, it’s awful! So it’s good to know that there’s someone else out there that can relate on that front.
