Evelin took to social media a week ago to tell fans that they were broken up. Then Corey got arrested for breaking the curfew law in Ecuador. Even though Evelin made a post about how she and Corey were broken up, Corey countered with his Instagram story on April 1. He wrote, “We’re going through some hard times…but we’re good.” What started this was some more rumors about the couple and their old pal, Laura Jallali. She has been spreading rumors about these two since we first met them and Corey was ready to set the record straight. “Actually I haven’t seen her in like three months. She was saying some other stuff too, I don’t even know what it was, about me and Evelin’s relationship… Once again, false.”
TLC 90 Day Fiancé Spoilers: Corey and Evelin Are Still Together
These two have been trying to stay indoors and abide by the curfew laws that are in place right now for Ecuador. Corey had a small run in with the law when he was caught surfing after the curfew. He was arrested, but they only gave him a ticket with a fine to pay. Evelin posted on her Instagram earlier in the week saying, “Quarantine is not easy, but I’m so lucky to be here. I can’t give you details about my relationship right now. Is not easy what I go through and is definitely harder in times like this, but I look forward to everything getting better and this being over.”
Even though Evelin did announce that she had broken up with Corey, they are still supporting each other, even on social media. Corey wrote on March 31, “Evelin is doing an Instagram challenge and reposting everyone in their story who does this as well. The message is about body positivity and encouraging women to focus on loving themselves. I think it’s a great message that everyone should take part in.”
