The man in the couple is facing some serious charges from his ex-girlfriend and we have the news about his recent court date.

Geoffrey Paschel is from Knoxville, Tennessee and he is dating a woman from Russia. Recently, information on the charges against him have become public and he went to court to plead his case. His ex-girlfriend has filed some serious charges against him from domestic abuse, aggravated kidnapping, assault, and vandalism.

Police arrested Paschel in June when his ex-girlfriend called them. She said that he attacked him in their home and the report is pretty intense. “He repeatedly bashed/slammed my head into the hardwood floors of my home. He dragged me through the house by my hair and continued throwing my body into walls and furniture. I know this is because of blood on my walls, furniture, etc.” Paschel was also accused of disabling her phone so she couldn’t call 911 from it.
When Paschel was in court, he made sure to tell the judge that he is not guilty of the charges against him. He told the judge that his ex-girlfriend is doing this because of the pending child custody battle with his ex-wife. He said that he would never hurt a woman that he used to love and made a pretty good argument in front of the court. He was asked if he was still involved with his Russian girlfriend, but he did not comment on this to the local Knoxville news. These two met on a dating site for international lovers. Her name is Varya and Paschel is shown on the show’s trailer that he is planning on going to Russia to propose to her.
Paschel is scheduled to appear in court again in March this year and for now, we will have to just watch him on TLC’s Before the 90 Days. We hope that this all gets settled and we hope that he and Varya can have a great life together. Before the 90 Days airs on TLC and it will premiere in February.
