TLC ’90 Day Fiancé: Before The 90 Days’ spoilers indicate that Usman Umar recently paid a visit to the governor of Kaduna in Nigeria and uploaded video proof of it on his youtube channel! In the very short 1 minute long video it mostly has video footage taken inside the car on the way to the “government house” which is the equivalent to what I’m assuming is the governor’s mansion. I guess the governor wanted to recognize him for being a local celebrity or whatever so they invited Usman to come to hang out. Usman not only got pictures made with the governor, he even got pictures made with the governor’s wife! Something that I did not realize was okay in Islamic culture, but hey, there are exceptions to every rule and perhaps they are both fans.
Though that makes one wonder about some of Lisa Hamme’s previous claims. She said that in Nigeria she could have Usman put behind bars for being unfaithful. If this were true, I would think the last thing that he would want to do would be to let the governor and governor’s wife know what he was doing and where on earth he was staying. Maybe that’s just me but people who are involved in potential criminal activity generally don’t want to be found by anyone of any kind of position of authority, but Usman looks really at-ease in these pictures. Like he has nothing to fear at all.

Also, if he were, as Lisa previously said, a deserter from the Nigerian army wouldn’t he want to keep a low profile from any kind of government officials? Because that’s usually what happens with real military deserters. They usually don’ want to be found out at all so they hide out and will do anything to keep a low profile, but Usman seems to be an exception to that rule. However… what if what Lisa is saying is right on the money and what if Usman went to the governor’s mansion to get a pardon? Now, that’s just speculation, but stranger things have happened, obviously. Maybe the governor said that if Usman wanted to keep his freedom in the city of Kaduna, then he could score it by getting him some free photo ops/autographs with him and Usman, not wanting to go to jail, obliged. I’m pretty sure that any celebrity would oblige in order to get out of jail.
It’s interesting timing, considering Lisa was revealing all sorts of tea about his past just a few weeks before and now suddenly Usman puts up a video saying that he has a meeting at the governor’s mansion which, at first glance looks like a PR stunt, but notice how there is no sound in the video. We get no narration, no explanation detailing why Usman suddenly visited the governor’s house and it looks like he and the driver are discussing something intensely in the front seat of the car but we can’t hear it because the song is being backed by one of Usmans’s songs. From there it just goes into the pictures that he took with the governor and his family. Was this a PR Stunt, an attempt to get out of jail free, or was he simply subtly thumbing his nose at Lisa for previously saying that she could get him to put in jail?
