TLC ’90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days’ spoilers finds that Darcey Silva probably won’t be back on the show, but to those Darcey fans out there, never fear. TLC has heard your prayers! Darcey is getting her own spin-off show, this time the whole Silva family is coming along for the ride. Not only are we going to see Darcey, Stacey, and their daughters but their Mom and Dad, Mike and Nancy are going to be there too.
Now we’ll finally get to see what the Silva family dynamic is. Apparently Mike and Nancy have been divorced for years but as it turns out they were better as friends than they were as a couple. So while they may not be together, apparently they still make a really good team. It’ll certainly be interesting to see how this family works together and it’ll be a welcome break from the families whose sole purpose seems to be to crank out more and more toddler-aged children for the views. Ahem. But we’re not judging.
However, can I just voice one opinion that may not be so popular? Can these two ladies, for this particular spin-off, just toss out all the 1992-era outfits they have? The title card for Darcey’s new series has both her and Stacey done up in tank tops and ripped jeans which are honestly more at home on the cover of a White Snake album than they are in anyone’s closet. I get it, girls, it’s comfy but your wardrobe needs updating, can we please have an episode dedicated to updating these two’s every day looks? We could bring on the cast of Dragnificent to do it and it’d be an excellent crossover! I’m sure they agree the wardrobe look needs updating!
I wonder if Darcy and Stacey are going to bring on any more men in their lives on this show? With Darcy it’s almost a guarantee that she would televise her relationship for all the world to see, but Stacey is engaged and I’m not sure that she would welcome cameras around all the time. Although, considering she hasn’t really been all that camera shy in the past and they’ve let the 90-day camera crew in on their regular life before, who knows? Maybe she’s more open than we thought. We’ll just have to see what this new series brings to the table, won’t we? Stay tuned!!!
