A TikTok video went viral after one worker suggested that there is a serious problem with Covid-19 at her workplace.
TikTok Video Goes Viral After Worker Suggests Her Workplace Has Been Destroyed By Covid-19-‘Welcome 2 Death Row’
In the video here, we can see that the store worker is in a frenzy as she holds her head in her hands with an expression of dismay.
She has a mask on which she ends up taking off at the end of the video, as she motions her hand across her neck as though it is being slit. To push the point even harder, the song ‘Welcome 2 Death Row,’ by Tupac is being played in the background.
The video was captioned by the following comments: “When literally everyone in the store has Covid and it’s down to 4 employees that aren’t quarantined.”
The video instantly went viral with views approaching close to 100,000. And with that, a lot of people had something to say on the matter.
A significant majority of people came out in droves in order to express sympathy towards the worker who was clearly going through a difficult time.
Not only has the pandemic caused concerns about health, the very fact of the matter is that financially people are suffering too.
And with the increasing number of cases caused by the discovery of the Omicron variant, things are not going to be slowing down anytime soon.
One person wrote: “I feel your pain. My boss has it and others worked with him and I’m still working, nervous as hell. I’m fully [vaxxed], but [that] don’t mean nothing.”
While another person stated: “I hope that you stay safe.” And yet, not everybody was best pleased with how this message was communicated.
Although people acknowledged that there was clearly a problem, it was communicated in a dramatic way to the extent that it may have been inappropriate.
After all, the video did go on to raise alarm at a time where people are already aware of just how much turbulence there is in the world due to the pandemic.
