We have some sad news to announce this morning. The Young and the Restless beloved star Kristoff St. John was found dead in his home on early Monday morning. He was just 52.

St. John played Neil Winters on the long-running soap opera since 1991. He’s received nine Daytime Emmy Award nominations and won 10 NAACP Image Awards. The actor leave behind two ex-wives and two daughters, Paris and Lola. He was also engaged to a 25-year-old Russian model named Kseniya Mikaleva.
The daytime television star was found dead Sunday after one of his friends went to check on him at his home in the San Fernando Valley. Police and paramedics were reportedly alerted and responded to the house, where the actor was pronounced dead on the scene.
The Los Angeles Police Department confirmed to local media outlets that a death investigation took place at around 2:05 pm on Sunday for a possible alcohol overdoseat his residence. There was no sign of foul play.
The actor’s son Julian with his ex-wife Mia St. John died back in 2014 after and apparent suicide. He was just 24. Mia went on to start the El Sabo es Poder (Knowledge is Power) Foundation to battle mental illness. She also spoke out about Kristoff St. John’s death on social media.
“THAT HOSPITAL KILLED OUR SON @TheArtofJulian THEN MY HUSBAND @kristoffstjohn1 THATS WHAT HAPPENED! THEY KILLED MY FAMILY,” Mia tweeted and then deleted on Monday.
