‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers suggests that Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) has figured out the answer to end the Abbott feud and to bring her into Genoa City’s good graces.
She has asked Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) to sign a post-nuptial agreement. Will this be enough to appease Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) and change the opinion of the people of Genoa City?

The last time Diane was in Genoa City, she faked her death and pinned it on Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford). Then she took off, disappearing for years. When she returned, there weren’t many people who welcomed her back with open arms. Many were skeptical of her and her motives.
Jack Abbott did forgive her and fell in love with her. He gave her the position of Chief Talent Officer at Jabot. Then they got married. Her son, Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) has also forgiven her, and they have been building a relationship.
But many people are not so happy Diane is back. Phyllis is angry about it, as one could imagine. Ashley also hates Diane. She is upset that her brother has forgiven Diane for hurting him and has done so much to let her back in his life.
She is convinced that Diane is going to break his heart again and will destroy Jabot. Ashley believes that Diane targeted her brother so she could benefit from his wealth.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: A Possible Answer?
Diane is tired of the judgment she feels and the hostility she gets from Ashley. She wants to try to find a way to win everyone over. She determines the best way to do this is to sign a post-nuptial agreement which says that if Jack and Diane separate in the future, she will only leave the relationship with whatever she brought into it.
Jack takes a picture after signing it and he sends it straight to Ashley. She is still skeptical and thinks there is some kind of loophole.
But her husband, Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John), thinks this helps support Diane’s claim that she isn’t after anything. Will Tucker be able to convince Ashley to give Diane a chance? Will he get her to stop this feud?
