The Young and the Restless spoilers for the week of February 18 to 22 relate mistaken identities and a situation that will tear a family apart. Lola has a horrible condition that no one was ready for. Lola fell into a pool but was unconscious when it happened. Kyle jumped in to save her life and immediately called 911 and the EMTs to get to Lola quickly. Nate tells Kyle that it doesn’t look good for Lola’s. The injury to Lola’s head is what is causing this to be more serious that thought at first. Lola isn’t waking up and Nate is scared for her life.

Kyle contacts Abby and Arturo to tell them what happened. Arturo is angry with Kyle and puts the blame on him. Arturo even accuses Kyle of being the reason that all of this occurred. Mia goes to her apartment and freaks out. Her earring is missing and well, we know where it is. What exactly does this mean for Mia and Lola?Â
Mia goes online and searches for the attack on Abby Newman, then a knock on her door, and as she opens the door, she sees Abby behind it. Abby is simply looking for Rey, she needs to tell him what happened to Lola. When Mia hears what Abby is saying she freaks again. She thought it was Abby in the pool and not Lola, she’s going to lose her mind she thinks.Â
Arturo finds Rey and get him to the hospital. When they arrive, Kyle is right by Lola’s side. He tells Lola everything that he feels for her in this gut-wrenching scene. To see Kyle crying is enough to melt your heart and tear up as well. Kyle begs Lola to wake up, but she’s not waking up, what’s going to happen to Lola?Â
The news and confessions about the death of JT are out and everyone involved is going to be punished. Phyllis tries to bargain for her freedom, she tells everyone that she has the proof that everyone needs, and it will lead to someone being convicted. What will happen to everyone this week?
