‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers here and we’re set to keep the ball moving with some fun spoilery goodies for Wednesday, December 13.

Things are going to get interesting as Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) will continue to struggle with her alcoholism as she returns to work at Newman Enterprises, and things could get a little snippy as her paranoia mounts.

And with Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) officially agreeing to represent Claire Grace (Hayley Erin), we’re sure that’ll stir up some feelings in Nikki and Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) before it’s all said and done.

Without further ado, let’s dig in!

‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers – Not there yet

Nikki’s going to return to work in the hope that the distraction will do her good, but when Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) updates her on what’s been going on she’ll zone out and think back to her ordeal at the farmhouse.

She’ll tell Audra what happened and fill her in on everything, except her alcoholism being triggered. At least, ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers don’t expect her to say anything about that since she’s trying to act normal.

Still, it’ll wear on her and Nikki won’t be able to finish the day and head home where more alcohol is waiting.

‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers – It’s personal

Michael will approach Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) and Cole Howard (J. Eddie Peck) about representing Claire, and he’ll tell them he’s in if they are since it’ll be a burden financially.

He’ll explain how she’s frightened and disillusioned and needs psychiatric care; if she gets sentenced he thinks it’ll destroy her.

We expect they’ll be onboard with helping her anyway they can since they all need and want answers, but there’s more to it than that for Michael.

‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers for Monday, December 11: Michael Agrees to Represent Claire; Jordan Tortures Nikki with Texts

He’ll explain that for him, it’s personal after the way he grew up and he wants to do whatever he can to help Claire get things sorted and taken care of.

‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers – A different perspective

After his meeting with Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic), Devon Winters (Bryton James) will ask Victoria about what happened at Newman and she’ll explain that Nate only had her father’s best interests at heart.

This will be a surprise to him since everyone else has said the opposite, but it may give him some food for thought. While he may not trust Nate right away, he may be a little more balanced in how he views him and his job going forward.

How far will Nikki fall before someone realizes she needs help? Let us known in the comments below and check back with ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers for the latest updates, spoilers, and speculation around.
