‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers here and we’re ready to keep things rolling with some fun spoilery goodies.

Tuesday, November 5 looks like it’s going to be an interesting character development episode.

Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) will be close to her breaking point. She’ll plan to trap Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) at Heather Stevens (Vail Bloom)’s service, but Summer Newman (Alison Lanier) will promise to stop her.

Add to it she’ll find Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) sucking up to a unresponsive Lily Winters (Christel Khalil), and she’ll be ready to quit.

As for Billy, he’s under the gun from Jill Abbott (Jess Walton), but after a pep talk from Traci Abbott (Beth Maitland), he’ll be ready to fight.

‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For Tuesday, November 5: Phyllis needs a cause

‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers expected Phyllis to face an uphill battle on her quest.

The biggest problem is no one has bothered to pay attention to Sharon for months, and now they want to protect her.

Nice of them to wait until the horse is out of the barn. But now that Summer will oppose her efforts, Phyllis will struggle to find a way to help her son.

Her other outlet was helping Billy, but he’s going to be fighting to keep his job. Still seeing him suck up to Lily could push Phyllis over the edge.

But if we know her, she’ll have a plan.

    Phyllis suspects Sharon

‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For Tuesday, November 5: Billy promises to fight

With Jill’s metaphorical axe hanging over his head, Billy will apologize to Lily and offer to bring her back as Co-CEO.

He’ll point out that despite her backstabbing him, it was a mistake to fire her.

She knows he’s only sucking up because Jill is making him and she’ll leave. Most likely, she wants him out completely and the job to be solely hers.

Jill is too enamored with Lily to really care that she tried to stab Billy in the back or see that she’s reacting emotionally more than not lately. Maybe once she’s in Genoa City she’ll see the change in Lily?

We doubt it since no one seems to notice such things, but as for Billy, he’s got his own plan forming.

He’ll bump into Traci and after he tells her about everything, she’ll offer her usual positive support. We expect it’ll inspire him to fight, and this should be fun to watch.

Will Phyllis and Billy team up again and face off against everything or will they continue on their separate ways? Let us know in the comments below.
