‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers here and we’re ready to keep things rolling with some fun spoilery goodies to share.

The episode for Thursday, July 31 is going to be a pivotal one in many ways for the Newmans, but especially Victor Newman (Eric Braeden).

With everyone returning home, Victor will call a family meeting. It’s really a war council to prepare to destroy Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn).

There’s going to be a fly in his ointment when Claire Newman (Hayley Erin) chooses to see Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) over her family.

He’ll be upset, but everyone will tell him to hush and behave.

Speaking of the Abbotts, there’s going to be some interesting changes. It looks like Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) will start thinking like Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson).

He’ll admit to Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) that he’d consider joining Cane if it meant stopping Victor so Kyle and Claire can be at peace.

Looks like Genoa City will be ground zero for another huge war.

‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers for Thursday, July 31: Claire snubs Victor and rightly so

‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers haven’t been shy about how Victor needs to be taken down a few pegs. He’s not allowed to be wrong and always wins without doing anything.

So when he wants to convene a war council with the family, Claire will choose to see Kyle first.

She needs to see him to feel comforted and feel safe. She lost her father and it makes perfect sense. The fact Victor is so out of touch with that due to his hate will come back to bite him.

And it’ll start when the entire family tells him to leave Claire and Kyle alone.

‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers for Thursday, July 31: Jack’s ready to make a deal with the devil

It looks like Cane might have a chance in Genoa City after all.

Jack will have enough of Victor interfering with Kyle and Claire, and he’ll admit to Diane he’s thinking of joining Cane.

This will be a shock as it’d mean he’s following Billy’s lead but for different reasons. He’ll want to protect Kyle and Claire, and if it means getting into bed with Cane he will.

This has so many possibilities to come, and it will be nice if Victor is finally humbled and not just handed a victory because of who he is.

Of course, his family will rally around him instead of letting him learn his lesson, so it won’t be that easy.

Will we see everyone against Victor before too long? Let us know in the comments below.
