CBS ‘The Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers show that I think Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) is way too soft. I know, he’s a good guy and he seems to do a lot of good for Sharon Newman (Sharon Case), but shouldn’t he know when to put a foot down?
I’m speaking very broadly about their relationship, but more, in particular, their recent back and forth about getting married. It was the usual, Sharon told him what to do, and he did it. Doesn’t he ever want to take charge of his own life?

CBS ‘The Young And The Restless’ Spoilers: Is Rey Rosales Too Soft? – Lets Sharon Use Him Freely
While Sharon has been battling breast cancer lately, I don’t know that that gives her free reign to walk all over Rey, and some would argue that she hasn’t been, and even when he offers her stuff she says no. However, she still was sneaking off to see Adam Newman (Mark Grossman), so she must be feeling well enough for that.
Now that they’re getting “married”, I feel like Rey was backed into a corner with the conversation and while he believes he wants to, he’s really just getting himself into a world of hurt because I think deep down he knows that Sharon still wants Adam. He tries to play it off, and on the surface he’s cool, but deep down, I think it sets him on fire.
Even his soft voice that he uses with Sharon feels to me like he’s talking to a child, but maybe I’m just way off base.
