‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers here and we’re set to get into a new week with some fun spoilery goodies to share.

This episode looks like it’s going to be a fun character building one as we’re going to get some fun conversations and feeling out processes that will make things interesting in the coming days.

Without further ado, let’s dig in!

‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For October 2: All too easy

With as many manipulation attempts as Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) has done, he’s not going to be easy to fool despite Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle)’s best efforts.

Victoria is going to claim she’s laying down her arms and is tired of fighting and that she saw the wisdom of his moves and that he wants to heal the company.

She’ll still blame Adam Newman (Mark Grossman), and Victor won’t hear it because Adam was never given a fair chance and he’ll point out everyone’s giving in way too easily.

‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For October 2: Tentative peace

While Victor and Victoria are having their chat, Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) will have lunch with Adam and the two will discuss Adam’s job.

Nate will voice his concerns that Adam is looking for a way to sabotage the company and he’ll only be given the most menial of tasks. Nate will even hire his own assistant to handle the rest of Adam’s job.

Adam will argue that he’s changed and he’ll deal with whatever Nate throws at him, but he’ll doubt Victor will be okay with Nate bringing someone else in.

‘Young and the Restless’ think they’ll work out a workable peace between themselves, but it’ll be tenuous at best.

And when Nate informs Victor about their lunch, Victor will share with him that everyone’s giving in way to easily and that’s never a good thing.

This is turning out to be a cooler storyline than we expected as it looks like Victor’s putting on a master class for Nate while also testing him to see where his loyalties really lie.

‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For October 2: Confession time

Adam’s going to be a popular figure in this episode as Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) will have a dream where Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) walks in on her and Adam kissing.

    No photo description available.

The guilt will weigh on her, and it won’t take long until she can’t take it and she’ll be honest with Nick and tell him Adam kissed her.

Nick will no doubt want to go after Adam and she’ll try to talk him down, but we have a feeling this will cause Victor another headache.

Could Victor be looking for options outside of his family to work at Newman Enterprises if his kids disappoint him? Let us know in the comments below and check back with ‘Young and the Restless’ for the latest updates, spoilers, and speculation around.
