At Jabot headquarters, Jack (Peter Bergman) is angered that Ashley (Eileen Davidson) is trying to run a meeting of the board. Kerry (Alice Hunter) is now mysteriously speaking in a British accent and explains that her real name is Dominique Carroll. Ashley thanks her for all the work she’s done and wishes her the best of luck before she leaves. Kerry, however, tells Jack that her feels for him were real.

Jack is livid and tells her that there will be repercussions. Kerry doesn’t seem to be phased and tells Jack that he should think twice before calling the authorities. She also wishes him the best of luck, knowing he’s going to need it against Ashley.

Meanwhile, Billy (Jason Thompson) can’t believe that Ashley has pulled such a number on them. Jack comes back, along with Kyle (Michael Mealor) and Abby (Melissa Ordway), who is happy to see her mother, Traci (Beth Maitland). Ashley brings everyone to speed about Kerry and explains that she is working at her company in Paris. Asley also reveals that she owns Premiere Cosmetics. She also makes fun of Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) for making her plan so easy. Phyllis says that she is going to fight for Jabot’s rights and that she will prosecute for fraud or challenge the patents. No one seems to want to be on Phyllis’ side. Phyllis also realizes that she didn’t make Kerry sign a non-compete clause. Jack, Billy, and Kyle all agree that it’s time for Phyllis to go.

At Sharon’s (Sharon Case) place, she gives herself a good look in the mirror before she opens the door. It’s her new part-time lover, Rey (Jordi Vilasuso). He tells her that he changed his clothes a few times before coming over. They both joke about how being unemployed lets them have early bird dates. The two make love.

At the Newman Ranch, Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) is surprised to see Paul (Doug Davidson) at her door. Paul gives her a hug. Paul then says that he’s always had confidence in Nikki and asks about Victoria. Nikki admits that the drama isn’t over for her. At her house, Victoria (Amelia Heinle) tells the kids that she has to leave for some time. They are disappointed, but Victoria promises she won’t be gone for very long. Victoria then tells her mother about her plans, asks her to relay her message to Billy, and walks out the door.
