‘The Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers show that it’s undeniable that Michael Mealor (Kyle Abbott) has been receiving more dramatic material recently.
Kyle has been heavily involved in the action because of the commotion surrounding Harrison Abbott’s (Redding Munsell) abduction. Mealor is ultimately wanting to see a fresh plot for Kyle, Harrison, and Summer Newman (Allison Lanier).
Michael Mealor discussed the possible messiness of Tara Locke’s (Elizabeth Leiner) reappearance in an interview with Soap Opera Digest. “Oh, yes. That is something I have dreamed about,” Mealor said. “I love the idea of Tara coming back and fighting Summer and Kyle, and it just kind of turning all of that on its head.”
Mealor spoke about a possible reaction to Tara Locke’s potential release from jail. Harrison would undoubtedly become confused if his biological mother appeared and made an attempt to reunite with him. Since Harrison now views Summer as his mother, it would be interesting to see how he reacts.

The idea of Summer losing Harrison to Tara would undoubtedly send her into a tailspin, so hearing that she may be free would not go down well.
Kyle would get a little worried too, particularly if Tara’s attorney used all of this turmoil involving Jordan (Colleen Zenk) as evidence that Harrison was in danger near the Newmans and Abbotts and takes Harrison away from his custody.
Mealor made hints that if Tara was released from prison, he would welcome the opportunity for some custody drama, no matter how it played out.
Mealor is keeping out hope that Tara Locke will return for an incredible narrative at some point, even if it doesn’t appear like Y&R intends to bring her back on the series just yet.
In the meanwhile, Kyle will focus on giving devastated Harrison’s life some peace and stability, but maybe Michael Mealor will achieve his dream in the future.
