‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers here and we’re ready to end the week in style with some fun spoilery goodies to share.

The episode for Friday, January 2 is going to be an interesting one as plans don’t go as planned.

Matt Clark (Roger Howarth) will decide to kill Sienna Bacall (Tamara Braun) and Noah Newman (Lucas Adams).

He also wants $5 million but doesn’t know the all mighty Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) is planning on ending him.

Meanwhile, Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) will be alone in a motel room while Ian Ward (Ray Wise)’s memory haunts her.

He’ll urge her to cut off her family and follow her destiny. She was holding onto Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks) and her family welcoming her back, but she’ll give that dream up and follow Ian’s orders.

Good thing in a way, since Tessa filed for divorce and wants Danial Romalotti (Michael Graziadei) at her side through all of this.

‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers for Friday, January 2: Matt enters Victor’s territory

‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers were wondering how long until Victor stepped in to take care of things.

Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) tried, but now it’s daddy’s turn. After Nick meets with Matt, Victor will probably use the AI to track his account he wants the money deposited into.

We hope they have some eyes on Matt, as he plans to kill Sienna instead of handing her over. Noah will be his next target.

He wants to bury the lovers together so expect a Victor miracle to save the day.

‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers for Friday, January 2: Tessa and Mariah move on

It looks like Mariah is far more broken than she let anyone believe. She’ll be alone and trying to hold it together.

Her family is the anchor she’s holding onto. So, when Ian appears to her and urges her to cut them loose, she eventually will.

She’ll try to resist, but he’s offering her the freedom of following her destiny instead of following what others want her to do.

Meanwhile, Tessa will finally move on from being ignored and file for divorce. She’ll tell Daniel and he’ll offer to step back if she needs him to.

She’ll refuse and want him to trust and hold her through this. She found her new anchor and she won’t let him go.

How dark will Mariah go following her destiny? Let us know in the comments below.
