‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers share that Lucas Adams recently dished to Soap Opera Digest on his character, Noah Newman’s shocking affair with Sienna Bacall (Tamara Braun).
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: Braun Played Adams’ On-Screen Mother On DOOL
Interestingly, Braun is Adams’ former on-screen mom. On Days of Our Lives, Adams played Tripp Johnson and Braun played Ava Vitali, and they were mother and son on the soap.
Adams saw the humor in the fact that they had an entirely different on-screen relationship with Braun compared to their days in Salem.
The actor said,
“I think I laughed for a good second. Just because we’ve been so close for so long as the mother and son duo.”
He continued,
“So it was kind of amusing to hear, but it was also exciting to get to work with Tamara again, too.”
Adams admitted that his wife, Shelby Wulfert, had a similar reaction when he told her. Wulfert is a massive Tamara fan, and she also thought the soapy twist was genuinely hilarious.

He also had to consider how exactly he and Braun would pull off a scandalous romantic relationship, since the actress had once played his mother on DOOL.
Adams and Braun knew they would need to shift their on-screen chemistry into a whole new dynamic.
Adams explained,
“Just coming onto the show and having to fill those big shoes, coming in as Noah Newman, and then also having someone that I’ve worked with prior in that manner, and then, going into his way where you’re like, ‘Now I have to turn my feelings on a different way. It took me a second to get going, but once we got it, we were good to go.”
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: Did Matt Try To Kill Noah And Frame Sienna For It?
We have to wonder if Matt Clark (Roger Howarth) had planned to make Sienna and Noah pay for their affair and decided to have Noah killed and Sienna framed for his murder.
Thankfully, Mitch failed on offing Noah. He recently awakened from his medically induced coma.
After Noah awakened, he had a memory flashback of a heavy make-out session with Sienna, which unfortunately means that he also cheated on his girlfriend, Allie Abbott Nyugen (Kelsey Wang).

Plus, we know that Mitch already suspects that more is going on with his wife and Noah than simply business.
The revelation begs the question: Is Sienna’s marriage to Mitch a fraud? She certainly had no idea that Mitch’s true identity was Matt Clark, Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow), and Sharon Newman’s (Sharon Case) old nemesis.

As for his character, Noah’s situation with Sienna, Adams remarked,
“I think it started as a casual thing and then it became deeper than he intended it to be.”
Noah’s feelings for Sienna will make him very defensive. Adams explained,
“I think he probably feels a little protective over it because I think people are very judgmental over it very quickly.”
Adams said,
“It’s not really ashamed, it’s more like, almost emboldened.”
Noah thinks it’s okay because he’s an adult.
Sienna’s husband, Matt Clark, had been terrorizing Nick and Sharon for a long time before Noah was born.
The revelation that their son was in a relationship with Matt’s wife is going to trigger major drama. Adams asserts,
“It’s definitely part of the page turner.”
