‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers indicate that Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) and Diane Jenkin’s (Susan Walters) big wedding party was almost perfect. For the most part, the event went without a hitch until an unwanted guest arrived. Why did Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) come and what did he bring?
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: Another Celebration
Jack and Diane can’t stop celebrating. They started dating when Diane showed up in Genoa City. There were people who didn’t like that because they did not trust Diane. One of the greatest opponents to the relationship was Jack’s sister, Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson).
Jack asked Diane to move in with him fairly quickly and then asked her to marry him. At the Genoa City Gala, they announced their engagement at the Athletic Club. On the evening of their engagement, Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) put her plan in action to “die” and frame Diane.
Diane was arrested and did not know when she’d get released. She didn’t want Jack to visit her because it reminded her of what she almost had. She was discouraged and didn’t know if she’d ever be free. Jack believed in her innocence and did all he could to prove that she didn’t kill Phyllis.
Some evidence showed that Phyllis was still alive, and she showed back up in Genoa City. This obviously led to Diane’s release and Jack and Diane were able to get married.
They decided to hold a garden party for more friends and Jack wanted to repeat their vows at this ceremony. Their son, Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) agreed to officiate. Everything went off without a hitch, but then Jack is called into the mansion by security and finds and unwelcome surprise.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: Tucker McCall Shows Up
When Jack arrives in the living room, Tucker McCall is there. He is a wedding crasher. Jack wants to know why McCall is there and so far, Tucker hasn’t given an adequate response. He says he just wanted to congratulate the happy couple and he brought a present. A big box is on the coffee table.
Billy Abbott (Jason Thompon), Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) and Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway) all come in the room. They are suspicious too. Tucker has declared war on the Abbotts since Ashley Abbott broke his heart.
Tucker and Ashley got married and Tucker was counting on Ashley leaving Jabot and starting a new business with him. She determined she didn’t want to leave Jabot and wants to reconcile with her family.
This was devastating to Tucker. He had big plans with Ashley and her family destroyed his plans. He wants to take Jabot away from them and cause them as much pain as he can.
They are right not to trust him. What did he bring them? Is it something dangerous like a bomb as Billy suggests? What is Tucker up to?
