‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers suggest that Cameron Kirsten (Linden Ashby) was just blowing hot air when he said that he is still obsessed with Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) and wants her.
He told Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) that since they are no longer a couple, Cameron can move in and seduce her. As we already know, Cameron’s obsessiveness is not normal and his infatuation borders on the violent and insane.

Y&R’s Sharon Newman first met Cameron Kirsten in 2003. She had a major relationship blunder which made her take off to Denver. She kissed Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) which was oh such a bad thing.
Sharon took off scared and ended up meeting Cameron in a bar. He got her drunk and then took advantage of her and beat her up.
He follows her back to Genoa City and tries to rape her. She hits him with a champagne bottle and thinks she kills him. She drags him behind a dumpster and leaves him, but he was only hurt. He does end up being arrested because he killed Frank Barritt (Phil Doizos) but tries to pin it on Sharon.
Sharon has never wanted anything to do with Cameron. She only started talking to him at the bar because she was fleeing from the situation with Victor. Cameron can’t get her out of his mind though. He wants her. No one else will do.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: New Level of Torture
To let her know he was back, Cameron started sending Sharon some freaky gifts that were connected to their past together. He also met Faith Newman (Reylynn Caster) and gave her a message from “CK”. Finally, he met Sharon and Nick at Crimson Lights and told them that he still wants Sharon.
While it hasn’t been proven yet, it is believed that he beat up a Newman security officer and stole their uniform. Then he snuck on the property and poisoned Faith’s cat. When Nick goes to warn him to get out of town, Nick plays right into Cameron’s hand.
Nick punches the wall as he warns Cameron to get out. His hand gets bloodied. Cameron then hires someone to come by and punch him, giving him a terribly battered face. He then chooses to press charges against Nick for assault and Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) has to arrest him.
Y&R Spoilers indicates that Cameron is going to kidnap Faith. Sharon has told Faith that she needs to get out of town and stay with friends. Somehow though, she is intercepted by Cameron.
What will he do to her? How is this act going to inspire Sharon to have any interest him? Again, he says he “wants Sharon” but it isn’t anything normal. It’s just some twisted possession thing that borders on insanity.
