‘The Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers show that while a lot of viewers (myself included) think that Ben Rayburn (Sean Carrigan) has kidnapped Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) because he wants another child due to his own son not doing well, there are other viewers who think Mariah may have ran off on her own.
From the moment this storyline started and Mariah agreed to the surrogate, many were already convinced that she would end up wanting to keep the baby for herself.
While this storyline has been played to death by soaps over the years, it looks like a very real possibility.
‘The Young And The Restless’ Spoilers: Forget Kidnapping – Did Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) Run Off On Her Own?
The only thing that’s weird is Mariah didn’t pack much if she took off and ran away. Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks) said that everything was still in her closet and unless she had a bag at the office there wasn’t much that she had with her.
Maybe Mariah had been planning this for a while and had stuff set away for when she finally did run away. Anything is possible, and while I still lean towards Ben taking her, this is definitely possible. We’ve seen Mariah a few times look concerned at her belly or look upset that she knows that after the pregnancy the baby isn’t going home with her.
It feels like this could go either way, but if Mariah did run off on her own, where would she go? Does she have friends she could stay with or family?
