‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers here and we’re ready to keep the ball rolling with some fun spoilers goodies to share.

Thursday, December 5 looks like it’s going to be an interesting episode as some gears will be shifted and focuses changed.

Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) will have a fun time as she’ll start to realize it wasn’t Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) that ran her off the road.

But she won’t want to admit that to Christine Blair (Lauralee Bell), or to anyone else at the moment. She’ll then find Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) with Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope).

Phyllis will want to go over their plan to take down Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) and warn Billy away from Sally so they won’t have to deal with Victor and Adam.

Speaking of Adam, he’ll be concerned about Sharon, but Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will tell him to leave her alone.

He wants to protect Sharon from Adam’s chaos while he tries to find a way to prove Sharon’s innocence.

‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For Thursday, December 5: Phyllis is prophetic

‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers are curious how twisted Genoa City is when Phyllis is the only one making the most sense. It just feels wrong.

Of course, she’s not completely right, and she’ll start to remember a truck swerving toward her to cause the accident.

Christine will press her to remember, and Phyllis will be shaken at the fragmented memories. We expect part of it is because Sharon won’t be guilty of something.

    Little does she know.

She’ll come across Billy with Sally, and after Sally leaves she’ll council him to stay away from Sally.

Her reasoning is sound, and it’s that they won’t be able to deal with Adam and Victor. But will Billy listen?

‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For Thursday, December 5: Nick shields Sharon

Nick is intent on proving Sharon is innocent and won’t accept anything else. He’ll start to convince Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) as well.

There’s no doubt he’ll be Sharon’s savior, but first he’ll look to protect her from would be allies.

When Adam asks about her, Nick will refuse to tell him anything. He’ll cite Adam’s need to be helped and bringing chaos even when he’s trying to help as why he can’t be near Sharon.

This is a but extreme, but Nick is staking his claim and he doesn’t care what other ties it severs.

Will Billy listen to Phyllis or will he be as stubborn as ever? Let us know in the comments below.
