‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers here and we’re ready to keep things moving with some fun spoilery goodies to share.

Thursday, December 12 looks like it’s going to be a fun episode as Claire Newman (Hayley Erin) will see the manipulative side of Victor Newman (Eric Braeden).

This should be a fun scene as he’ll do everything he can to sell her on how toxic the Abbotts are. His intent is obvious, and she’ll stand up to him and say her decisions are hers.

That’ll impress him, but he’ll try to figure out another way to manipulate her. It won’t be long until she sees how toxic he is and that’ll be fun.

After Jill Abbott (Jess Walton)’s betraying her and Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) by selling Chancellor, Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) has done some soul searching.

As a result, it looks like she’ll approach Devon Winters (Bryton James) about working with him at Winters.

‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For Thursday, December 12: Claire deals with Victor’s manipulations

‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers have been waiting for Claire’s Newman honeymoon to end. And that time has reached us as he’ll try to work his magic.

He’ll tell her how the Abbotts are toxic and the family is build on rotten bones and ready to collapse.

As such, he’ll point out there will come a time where she’ll have to choose a side. Either the Newmans or Abbotts.

We doubt Claire will listen to him on this since she’s seen how the family works, but she’ll have a line to walk.

In fact, she’ll tell Victor that her decisions are hers to make and it’ll impress him. Part of him will be proud of her, but part of that is probably because she’s a challenge to manipulate.

We have a feeling he’ll take it as another ego blow if he can’t manipulate her after Jordan Howard (Colleen Zenk).

His ego is going to take a much deserved beating.

‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For Thursday, December 12: Lily wants to work with family

After being betrayed by everyone lately, Lily will want to go where she’ll feel wanted. And that means family.

So after she’s spent some time with her children she’ll decide it’s time to return home.

She’ll go to see Devon and tell him she wants to work at Winters with him.

This could be interesting given how Devon is a one man show and she’s used to being in charge, but we think it’ll work out.

Assuming the writers are done making her as petty as possible and allowed her to heal and grow.

What plans does Victor have in mind for Claire? Let us know in the comments below.
