‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers here and we’re ready to keep things rolling and have some fun spoilery goodies to share.
Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) will worry to Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) about not knowing what Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will do next.
She’ll worry about what his choices will do to her family, and Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) will have enough of Nikki’s manipulations.
Of course, Jack will defend Nikki, and that will only make things worse.
Meanwhile, Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) will transfer Newman Enterprises to herself.
She’ll send Newman Media to Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) and Chancellor to Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson).
Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) will arrive and trash both of them. She’ll jump into the using children as weapons bandwagon by promising to turn her and Billy’s children against him.
This will leave him wondering if this win is worth losing his kids over while Phyllis will remain gung-ho.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers for Thursday, February 12: Jack defends Nikki
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers have been wondering when things between Nikki and Diane would come to a head.
In this case, Nikki will go to Jack, who is Genoa City’s saint compared to the devil that is Victor. She’ll explain what’s been happening and not know what’s to come.
Diane will see it play out, and she’ll lay into Jack that Nikki is manipulating him to get information on Billy.
Jack will deny that she’s the only one keeping Victor in check, and this is where he loses us.
We love how he sees the good in everyone, but Nikki is just as manipulative as Victor and she doesn’t keep him in check.
If she did, she’d stop letting herself to bought and paid for. Time to wake up, Jack.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers for Thursday, February 12: Bring in the kids
Whelp, here we go again. For the third time in this storyline, children being used to manipulate a parent is the centerpiece.
It makes us wonder what happened to the show’s writers at some point that this is their current go to. Maybe they should try AI or an intern’s idea?
Whatever the reason, Victoria threatening to turn their kids against Billy and cut him off is going to the well one time too many.
It’s beyond lazy and is such a dead idea it can be buried twice.
