‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers reveals that Chloe Mitchell (Elizabeth Hendrickson) is good at standing up for herself. She doesn’t let anyone roll over her. Chloe is good at reading people and knowing what she can and will put up with.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: Too Good to be True
Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) extended an amazing offer to Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope). He offered her new design company a permanent contract for Newman Enterprises. This would give her some stability and would be an incredible step for their company.
At this point, Sally and Chloe are working on a contract job for Chancellor-Winters. Chloe points out that they have an obligation to complete the assignment that they set up with Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) and Devon Hamilton (Bryton James).
She is going to be livid when she finds out that Victor has already addressed this job with Jill Abbott (Jess Walton). He told Jill he would supply another design company to finish the job that Sally and Chloe have started.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: Big Drawback
Chloe says considering this is ridiculous. Sally and Chloe would be under Victor and Victoria Newman’s (Amelia Heinle) thumbs. They would be calling all the shots and controlling the way Chloe and Sally do business.
Chloe is shocked that Sally would consider this. Sally made such a point of declining Nick Newman’s (Joshua Morrow) investment in their business.
Sally says this is because she didn’t want money in the middle of her relationship. But working for Victor would still be involving business with her relationship.
Everyone has warned Sally that Victor has ulterior motives. She knows this to be true, but she feels drawn to the fact that they would no longer have to chase down clients. Chloe argues that once they finish this job for Chancell0r-Winters, they will not be chasing customers either. Clients will be pursuing them.
Shockingly, Sally can’t convince Chloe that this is a good idea. She says “no” and walks out. What will happen to their partnership? Will Sally walk away from Victor’s offer to maintain her partnership with Chloe, or will they split and go different ways? What do you think?
