‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers suggest that it might not be possible for Daniel Romalotti (Michael Graziadei) to keep his budding romance with Heather Stevens (Vail Bloom) under wraps.
People are noticing some kind of new chemistry between Daniel and Heather. Will Daniel be able to keep it from Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) until he can tell her about it himself or will she find out while she is away?

Interestingly enough, Y&R’s Daniel is a lot like his father, Danny Romalotti (Michael Damian). He also feels caught between two past loves, like his father.
Daniel has felt conflicted since Heather Stevens decided to move back to Genoa City with their daughter Lucy Romalotti (Lily Brooks O’Briant). He did not struggle as much when his girlfriend, Lily Winters was in town.
But when Lily had to leave town to help her own daughter, Mattie Ashby (Lexi Stevenson), Daniel felt himself being drawn to Heather. Heather expressed her interest in him because she has been impressed with how he has changed.
She remembers what they had together and wants him back. Lucy has also been playing matchmaker, trying to get her parents together.
Heather and Daniel slept together. Even though he is still with Lily, he doesn’t regret his decision. He doesn’t want to hurt Lily, but he can’t deny that he does believe that he should get back with Heather.

Y&R’s Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) feels very uncomfortable when he sees Daniel and Heather talking in Society. He can tell that something is up between them, and he doesn’t want Daniel to hurt his sister.
Daniel asks to speak to him alone and honestly tells him that things are starting up again between him and Heather. He didn’t intend for it to, but it did, and he needs to tell Lily about it himself.
He asks Devon to keep it under wraps until he can reach Lily and tell her face to face. Devon agrees, but it won’t be soon because Lily is wrapped up with helping her daughter and Daniel doesn’t want to drop this on her at this time.
Will Daniel really be able to keep this from Lily until he has a chance to see her? Or will Devon feel that his sister needs to know sooner? Or will Heather not like having to wait for Lily’s return, and will she decide to tell Lily about her night with Daniel?
Is it possible that Lucy may be the one to tell Lily about what is going on between her parents? What do you think? How is Lily going to find out and how will she react?
