In fact, Billy will soon feel guilty about shutting Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) out of what is really happening in his life. Here’s what you need to know.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: Victoria Knows Nothing About Amanda
Needless to say, Billy is holding back while also having a tough time staying on the straight and arrow. As many fans know, Billy has been getting rather up close and personal with Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan), and Victoria knows nothing about it. Sure, they might be friends for now, but there’s no denying that there might be a little chemistry between them.

‘Young and the Restless’ head write Josh Griffith puts it this way to Soaps in Depth in a new interview, “Billy has not told Victoria about his friendship with Amanda because it will lead to an even bigger conversation about his struggle that he’s not ready to have with her. While his relationship is platonic, Billy feels guilty for sharing this connection with someone who is not Victoria.”
‘Young and the Restless’ spoilers tease that Billy will end up at the same bar where he had his soul-baring conversation that one night the lights went out with Amanda. After Amanda leaves, there will be two guys who will invite Billy to play cards with him. Griffith further explains, “Gambling brings a level of excitement to Billy’s life that he is desperately looking for. He’s tired of pretending this component of his psyche should be shunned. Billy’s struggles will soon explode and lead to dangerous behavior again.”
In other words, this will send Billy on another bad path and that’s one he doesn’t want to go towards once again. So with Victoria left in the dark and Amanda now knowing a little but more about him, will she be able to save him from himself? Perhaps. But before that happens Billy will end up in another dark phase of his life that will be hard for him to get out of.
