‘The Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers show that Ben Rayburn (Sean Carrigan) has shown back up in Genoa City and has been comforting Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway) through her difficult time. However, there’s just one problem. He’s probably a kidnapping psychopath. Or is he?

After returning this time to Genoa City, he noticed a protein bar that Abby sets out on the table. She keeps them in her purse because they are Mariah Copeland’s (Camryn Grimes) favorite. Stitch sees this and it “jogs” his memory as he remembers someone at a store buying a bunch of those and also noted that the man’s shopping list was written on a yellow piece of paper with storks on it.

This is the exact type of paper that Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks) had given her.

‘The Young And The Restless’ Spoilers: Ben Rayburn (Sean Carrigan) Covering His Tracks Or Actually Innocent?

So now the question is, did Stitch return solely to start covering his tracks as the rest of them start their active search for the kidnapper, or is he genuinely trying to help? It seems obvious, I won’t lie, but at the same time why would the writers turn Stitch into this despicable character who is kidnapping people when viewers used to like him so much?

Are they showing us him watching through the window and supposedly lying about his job offer to make us believe it’s him, or are they really planning on making him the bad guy?

I think there’s a lot to take in here and not everything is as obvious as it seems. They constantly try to send us down the wrong path… what if they are yet again with Stitch?

What do you think? Are you convinced that it’s Stitch or are the writers just trying to lead us in the wrong direction and why would he be watching her through the window? Let us know in the comments below.
