Of course, Phyllis is always willing and ready to play manipulative mind games with everyone else, but this time around she doesn’t feel as comfortable. While Phyllis and Nick certainly have had their fair share of trouble in the past, she doesn’t want to do Nick wrong. They are actually in a very good place in their friendship and also have mutual respect for one another.

But at the same time, this will also give Phyllis and Nick something to talk about or better yet, something to bond over, too. Their mutual hate and disdain for Adam Newman will bring them closer together than ever before, much to the delight of the prodigal Newman son. In other words, everything is working just the way Adam envisioned it.
With Phyllis and Nick together, this will also give Adam the time he needs to say and do all of the right things with Chelsea Newman. Of course, time will only tell if she will be able to figure out Adam’s ways unless she is just as naïve as everyone else. Fans will have to tune in for all of the latest action!
