Brandi Glanville’s legal representatives have sent a letter to Warner Bros. requesting the release of audio and video recordings that they assert will demonstrate her innocence in regard to allegations of sexual harassment against Caroline Manzo.

Caroline has reportedly accused Glanville of touching her without her consent in the breast and genital area while they were not being filmed during the “Real Housewives: Ultimate Girls Trip.”
Glanville’s lawyers argued that Shed Media, a production company owned by Warner and responsible for producing the show for Peacock, should have promptly released the audio recordings from the actors’ microphones to prove that Manzo’s accusations were baseless.
Duncan P. Levin, who happens to be Brandi’s lawyer, had this to say: “It is absolutely unacceptable that your company would knowingly and willingly allow such a story to take hold in the media, without any regard for the truth or the impact on Ms. Glanville’s reputation.”
According to her lawyer, the reason for withholding the tape during the media’s coverage of Glanville’s misconduct allegations was a manipulative tactic to boost ratings. The belief was that the public interest in Glanville’s supposed actions would increase viewership. It is not surprising, then, that the fans on social media had a lot to say about the matter.
A certain subset of people were of the view that Brandi’s prior track record had shown that her credibility had already been damaged. Meanwhile, others felt that the tapes had to be released in order to clear up any misunderstandings that may have emerged.
One person wrote: “Brandi can’t keep her hands to herself..Caroline is a wife, mother & grandma…Caroline should have given Glanville a left hook right in the kisser,” while another person stated: “At this point, with all the “sources” & their stories… I want to see the video/Audio to see what happened.”
