Andy Cohen is eager to settle things with Jen Shah before she is required to serve her prison sentence for federal charges.
The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City (RHOSLC) Spoilers: Andy Cohen Eager To Get Some Final Words From Jen Shah Before She Serves Time Behind Bars
Shah, aged 49, was handed a prison sentence of six-and-a-half years for running a telemarketing operation across the United States that mainly targeted older people.
In the New York court, the Bravo personality could have had a maximum of 14 years in prison looming over her head, leading her to apologise to the victims and her family.
With that being said, Andy knows he has a limited amount of time before he can get some final words from Jen. In his comments, he said: “I’m hopeful that I can do that sit-down [interview] with her in front of some cameras and deliver that to you. I’m really hoping to do that.”
In 2021, while shooting the second season of the show, the celebrity was arrested. Initially, she denied the accusations, however, she modified her plea. This seemingly caused her to miss out on the Season 3 reunion.
In December, Jen posted on Instagram saying that following a conversation with Bravo, she and the network came to an agreement about what topics she was allowed and not allowed to mention during filming.
In her comments at the time, she stated: “I was clear with Bravo that out of respect for the courts and a standing judicial order, I would not be in a position to discuss anything related to my legal case or sentencing.
“[They] found this unsatisfactory and said they expected to discuss this ‘storyline.” The fans on social media began to troll Jen over her situation. And in the process of doing so, the comments were very brutal indeed.
One person wrote: “I’d rather see her interviewed wearing her orange prison uniform.” So there you have it folks. What did you think about this? Let us know your thoughts in the comments section below. If you liked reading this article, then check out our other features on the Daily Soap Dish.
