Matt James has gotten over Rachael Kirkconnell, as he was checking out some of the biggest wrestling stars.
‘The Bachelor’: Matt James Spotted At WrestleMania
The former Bachelor lead is looking to move on from the controversy that has plagued him recently, on the grounds that he led Rachael on, in her hope of reconciling. In a post to his fans on Instagram, we can see a picture of Matt with a big grin on his face. He is stood next to Brie Bella and Daniel Bryan. The post was simply captioned: “Fight night.”
Matt hit the headlines after another woman, named Grace, alleged that the two were very close- a month before Matt going to see Rachael in Florida for those ‘crisis’ talks. Naturally, Matt was seen as using Rachael while seeing Grace behind her back. That is why Rachael felt betrayed. Sources said: “He flew her to NYC. They’ve been working on their relationship privately over the past few months and taking the next steps to get back together.
“[But] Rachael is very emotional right now because she was very hopeful that things were going to work out.” Matt, in his defence, did not want to throw Rachael under the bus. Clearly, they had been through a rollercoaster journey together, which is why Matt wanted to break the disappointment to her gently. An insider revealed: “Matt tried to make it clear to her that he just wants to be friends.
“Matt is a caring and supportive person, so he wouldn’t want to block her out of his life completely.” Despite the disappointment, Rachael is seeking to move on with her life. And if her social media posts are anything to go by, then she has already started doing that. She had reportedly attended a wedding, which perhaps hinted that she is also looking to find someone.
In the Instagram picture, we can see Rachael donning an orange/flowery dress as she is out in the open field. The post was captioned by the following comments: “Soaking up the awe of life & celebrating the moments of pure love, Congrats Gabriella + Michael.” It was probably a wise move for both parties to go their separate ways.
