Clare Crawley has spoken frankly on the anxiety she has been suffering following the split from her ex Dale Moss.

When speaking to her fans on Instagram, she revealed how her confidence has taken a bashing: “I think when you open yourself up to share what you’re going through, not as a victim but as, like, vulnerability and more as just, like, the human side of you, with your friends, with your family, with the public, with people, as much as you want to share.
“Mine more so happens to be a lot more public than most people — but I think when we share our struggles, it gives people the opportunity to relate to it and to share their struggles.” Further to that, her mother’s battle with Alzheimer’s has added more strain. It has had an impact on her personality. She added:
“I’m getting to the point now where I’m trying really hard to come back from that and make a U-turn because it’s a dark place to be in when you’ve got a lot of stuff compiled on each other.” And through it all, Clare was looking for someone to carry her through those difficult moments. At one point she thought it would be Dale, but sadly it was not meant to be. She said:
“My idea of love and to be loved is to have all of our things that we go through, all the stuff that we experienced in life, whether it’s whatever you want to call it, like, baggage, experience, traumas, whatever we go through, whatever we carry with us, show up with it.”
And by her own admission, her relationship with Dale was not perfect, but clearly one that she felt was worth fighting for. At the time of their split, she posted the following comment: “Our relationship was not perfect, but I can say that I was genuinely invested with all of my heart. I may not have the answers, but I do know this — I will continue to show up, stand by my word and be committed to love. XO Clare.” Clare is in a dark place at the moment, but her fans will be there every step of the journey.
