Lauren Bushnell and her husband Chris Lane have announced the arrival of their newborn baby.

The duo have made it no secret about their desire to have a family. While they did express their frustration at the time it took for them to finally achieve it, those grievances have now been finally put to bed. In a post to her fans on Instagram, we can see a picture of Lauren holding her baby close to her chest. She is looking at him with wonder.
The post was captioned by the following comments: “Dutton Walker Lane born June 8th, 2021. Your dad and I can’t get enough of all 9 pounds of you. Now back to baby cuddles and praising Jesus over and over again for this little miracle!!” The news was welcome for several reasons. First of all, it was the couple’s first child, which has the added benefit of making things feel extra special.
Not only that but Lauren was previously frustrated by how her friends were getting pregnant so quickly in comparison to her. This led to doubts about whether there was something wrong with her. In a prior post to her fans on social media, she remarked: “I couldn’t help but compare my situation with those of my friends who it happened very easily for, a lot of the time unplanned.
“Mentally, this was a really hard part of the journey. I assumed there was something wrong with me.” Just as Lauren was left ecstatic, the same can be said for Chris. In the video here, we can see him holding his son with a huge grin on his face. He is heard saying: “First time holding him.” This is clearly the first of many children that the couple hope to have.
They have spoken previously on their desire to have a big family, given that Lauren grew up with three siblings. In addition, as they are the proud owners of two dogs, they want to expand their family in all the different ways possible. Lauren revealed how she “wants a lot [of kids.].” It is great to see the couple being so happy, and long may that continue.
