Jade Roper has given her take on Carly Waddell and Evan Bass’ relationship amid their divorce after pictures emerged of the two hanging out together.

The duo decided to part ways at the back end of last year. During their time together, they raised two kids: Bella and Charlie. But speculation began to run rife about their relationship status. They were spotted having dinner together during Mother’s Day without their kids. That is why there may be the hope of a reconciliation.
In an interview with Us Weekly, Jade said: “I think they’re just trying to figure it out… They’re not officially divorced, and with children, I think it’s something that they want to, like, make sure that they exhaust all avenues.” So is there a realistic prospect that the pair could get back together? Well, given that so much has happened since the initial break up, it would seem very unlikely.
The noises coming out from those within the couple’s circle suggests that there is a greater emphasis on the welfare of their children, as opposed to their relationship. A statement given by Carly’s spokesman confirmed as much: “Carly and Evan wish to have a civil relationship with each other for the best interest of their children.
“Carly and Evan shared Mother’s Day together to catch each other up on their lives and discussed co-parenting.” Jade, for her part, echoed those same sentiments. She has remained very quiet over her thoughts on what the couple should do. That has been the correct course of action to adopt since Evan has remained largely silent.
Following their break up, he decided to take a sabbatical from social media. In the aftermath, people began to assume the worst on Evan’s part, because he was not providing a counter-narrative. He expressed his desire to stay away from engaging with people who had no knowledge of his relationship and would ultimately cause more harm than good.
But as for Jade, she just wants Carly to be in a good place. She added: “I just want [Carly] to be happy.” We will have to see if Carly and Evan will ever get back together.
