Jade Roper and Tanner Tolbert have no intention of having more kids.
‘The Bachelor’: Jade Roper And Tanner Tolbert Do Not Want To Have More Kids
The stars of the Bachelor franchise already have three kids: Emerson, Brooks and Reed. Although the couple are fond of children, they are looking to hang up their boots. And this time, it could be for good as they are considering taking radical measures. In an interview with Us Weekly, Tanner said: “I think I’m out. Me and the boys are going to get a vasectomy.
“We’ll see. I’m not doing anything drastic. I’m not saying never. I’m just saying like 10 percent chance of having more.” The prospect of having a vasectomy is a real possibility. The couple have spoken about it in the past. Regardless of the risks involved, the couple are entirely sure that they will not extend their family. Jade even joked at the thought of a “vasectomy party — almost like a bachelor party.”
Nevertheless, they want to enjoy their sex life. Jade and Tanner have been very vocal on how they still want to retain an intimate relationship. While there are pharmaceutical contraceptive measures available, the couple are looking to find alternatives. In the meantime, they have been stuck with the traditional methods. Tanner added: “We’re using condoms for the first time in years.”
Jade, for her part, has also had to find ways of avoiding pregnancy. She admitted to trying natural remedies as a form of birth control. And she is taking this very seriously as the birth of her latest child Reed was a bit out of the blue. Even though she was delighted by the news, she does not want to be faced with any more surprises.
In a previous post to her fans on Instagram, Jade said: “I take my basal temperature and enter it into the app, it..lets me know [when].. to avoid unprotected sex. A natural birth control option feels right for me.” The couple are sure of what they want from their lives, and let us hope that they continue to live a life of their choosing. It is great to see them happy, and long may that continue.
